Dr. Bogdan Zisu

In 2005, Bogdan received his PhD in the field of dairy science. A ten-year industry engagement followed where he worked as a research scientist for Dairy Innovation Australia. From industry, Bogdan moved to academia and became senior lecturer in food science and nutrition at the School of Sciences, College of Science, Engineering and Health at RMIT University, Australia. In late 2018, Bogdan joined the Fluid Air division of Spraying Systems Co to help launch Polar Dry, the low temperature spray drying technology in Australia and New Zealand. His 15+ years research experience has focused primarily on dairy science, spray drying and novel process technologies.
