Dr. Yunching  (Becky) Chen 

National Tsing Hua University, Professor

Yunching Chen is a Professor in the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at National Tsing-Hua University. Dr. Chen has received her Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010 and obtained postdoctoral training at Department of Radiation Oncology at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Chen received a number of awards including Young Investigator Awards from Liposome Research Days, Asian Biomaterials Congress and TienTe Lee Biomedical Foundation, AAPS Biotechnology Graduate Student Symposium Award, Ta-You Wu Memorial Award, Promising Women in Science Award from Wu Chieh Shiung Education Foundation. Her main research interests focus on combination therapeutic approaches using nanoscale drug and gene delivery systems for the treatment of cancer and kidney and liver fibrosis.
